She brings her passion for excellent patient outcomes to Obran Health as the Senior Vice President of Clinical Operations. Kelly is a strategic leader that focuses on innovation, empowering leaders and mobilizing teams to achieve results. Kelly holds a BS in Nursing from Western Governor’s University and an MSN in Leadership in Healthcare Systems from Grand Canyon University.
