People Operations/Payroll Coordinator

Caitlin is the People Operations/Payroll Coordinator at Obran Cooperative. Since joining the company in March 2023, she has provided her expertise around the full employee lifecycle, benefits, and employee relations and retention. After working in retail for many years, it was through that profession that she got her start in Human Resources. Since then, she has worked in the transportation and startup industries. Caitlin has a people-first mission and a passion for LGBTQ+ and disability equality and access. Caitlin holds a BS in Journalism and Multimedia with a concentration in Sociology and Film Studies from Texas State University. She is currently studying for her SHRM certification and loves seeing live music in her spare time.
