Meet Iueh Soh

Director, Obran Institute

As Executive Director of Obran Institute, a non-profit organization focused on worker well-being, Iueh forges strategic partnerships with philanthropy, healthcare institutions and other changemakers to grow the field of worker ownership and launch innovative programs to advance worker well-being.

Iueh embraces his experiences working in philanthropy, healthcare, policy, and interfaith organizing to advance well-being in communities across the country. Over the past few years, he has been a principal investigator for Robert Wood Johnson Foundation- sponsored projects focused on advancing dignity for care workers and working with hospitals to advance community health.

Iueh lives in Long Beach, CA where he likes to play pickup basketball and go on beach strolls with his partner and toddler.

He holds an MPP from the Harvard Kennedy School as well as a BS in Business and Development Studies from UC Berkeley.
