Jennifer Walsh is the head of our People Operations team. She oversees the entire life cycle, benefits, payroll, compliance, creation of policies and procedures, employee/management training, and employee relations. She is a skilled leader with over 20 years of expertise in all facets of people operations and business operations within complex organizations and start-up environments. She has confidently developed and implemented strategic plans that support business and financial objectives with a focus on people and culture. Jennifer has a passion for people and pivoted to people operations with the goal of changing how people operations/human resources are viewed by the employees the department supports. She leads with empathy, understanding, and mutual respect.
