Celia is the Chief of Staff at Obran Cooperative. Her expertise is with growth strategy, marketing and fundraising in new markets and startup ecosystems. Her work focuses on the intersection of financial and social sustainability. 

Her career has spanned economic development, management consulting, technology, and venture capital, giving her an appreciation of strong business practices and a distaste for neo-colonialism. 

Celia holds a MBA in Impact Entrepreneurship from Colorado State University and a BS in Economics and International Development from American University. She is an avid gardener and animal enthusiast.
